Event Fayre Organisation – What Can My Special Event Do?

My Special Event can take away all the stress and strain sometimes there is with organising a Fayre or Event. My Special Event can organise the following for your Event Fayre:

Source the suppliers you need for your Events Fayre from the Events Industry

Liaise with the many suppliers you have for your Fayre, via telephone, email and even in person (depending on the location of their business and nature of there business)

Arrange the payments of suppliers pitch fees, unless the venue would prefer to do this (obviously, this will affect the price charged for the service)

Source any refreshments the venue may want to provide for their Wedding or Events Fayre

Sort out any Goody Bags for attendees of the Fayre, and arranging for any information from the suppliers to be put in the bags.

Event Fayre’s can take months to arrange with multiple suppliers so please allow enough time for this organisation to take place.

My Special Event’s 1st Wedding Fayre – It all started with an idea and a cuppa (Pre – Covid)

My Special Event has organised a previous Event Fayre with another company The Vintage Tea Birds. The Vintage Tea Birds is owned by Chloe Anna Gover-Wren and like Zoe of My Special Event, she is a mummy with a business. This was to be a Event and Wedding Fayre so there is scope for all types of Event Fayres to take place for all types of Events!! (When Covid allows!!)

When two local mums running businesses met for a coffee some months ago, they discussed their love for all thing’s wedding and events. From that one chat, they have combined to launch their very own Wedding Fayre. Bringing together the best of West Sussex

The first Wedding Fayre took 6 months of planning and it is hoped that My Special Event with The Vintage Tea Birds and their blossoming partnership can offer more clients the opportunity of more Wedding and Event Fayres.

Event Fayres are open to all. Anyone within the Industry who would like to advertise to potential clients what services they can offer. The types of suppliers can be from :

At our Events Fayres we offer stallholders a pitch for a set fee and this normally comes with a good-sized space, table, chairs and some refreshments.

Depending on the space provided by the venue wanting the Fayre then we can normally estimate how many stallholders would be good for that event. Previous Fayres have included a café area for guests attending to enjoy a cuppa and a chat whilst watching the entertainment. Each venue is different and at the initial consultation, all these ideas can be discussed.

How do I get My Special Event to Host my Events Fayre?

All projects and events start with an initial consultation which is FREE to the client. Afterwards, any subsequent consultations until a contract and deposit are paid for the fees are chargeable. All fees will be discussed at the consultation and outlined to the client BEFORE any work commences.

Depending on the scale of the event and the amount of organisation is required will depend on the fees charged so no two events are the same.
